The apartment is on the first floor, and there is a lift. The living room has French windows onto a balcony. Pamela’s apartment is a mere 100 metres away
where there is a secure parking garage, which may be available free of charge on request.
Stockbridge is a vibrant part of Edinburgh’s city centre. This area has a lively village atmosphere and a choice of pubs, good food shops and restaurants.
It lies on the edge of the famous New Town (built in the early 1800’s) and the very centre of Edinburgh, with the castle and Princes Street just 15 minutes walk away.
From the nearby bus stop buses depart every 10 minutes or so to all major sights of the town, the university and the international conference centre.
The famous Royal Botanical Gardens is a short and pleasant walk away. The Water of Leith Walkway, just 50 yards away, is a haven of peace which will take you through
many secret parts of the city and brings you to the Scottish National Museum of Modern Art and Dean gallery.Fettes College, and the Western General Hospital are close by.

No 3 St Bernard’s Row (EH4 1HW) - When our daughter Erica went to university in Edinburgh, we bought a flat in a friendly and safe part of the city,
in a charming Georgian street. Erica has now moved on and the flat is available to let.

are provided. Telephone and WI-FI broadband connection are available so bring you own laptop. A sofa can be converted in a single bed.

Double Bedroom - Next to the bedroom is a newly refitted bathroom with bath, shower above the bath, basin, wc and shaver point.
Bed linen, towels and hairdryers are provided.

Kitchen - New fully equipped with fridge with freeze box, cooker, microwave, washing machine and ironing facilities. The basic necessities
(for example tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper) are provided to get you started.

- Prices are per apartment for 2 persons occupancy, extra persons £5 per night.
- Deposit £100 per week at time of booking, non returnable. Remainder is payable on entry.
- We accept cash (Sterling and Euro), Debit/Creditcard, Cheques on UK banks, Bank Transfers.
- Bedlinen, Towels, WIFI, Electricity are included.
- Parking garage may be available free of charge if requested at time of booking.
- We will meet you at the apartment to show you in at an agreed time. Unless otherwise arranged the apartment is available from 1 pm onwards and
check out is at 10 am.
