A quiet modern apartment on the 2nd floor with an open view over roof tops to the South in Haugh Street, EH4 1LW, a little cul-de-sac just off the main shopping street in Stockbridge. Parking is available in the garage on the ground floor There is a roof terrace for spending some relaxing time in the sun or an impromptu BBQ. Erica’s apartment is a mere 100 metres away.

Stockbridge is a vibrant part of Edinburgh’s city centre. This area has a lively village atmosphere and a choice of pubs, good food shops and restaurants. It lies on the edge of the famous New Town (built in the early 1800’s) and the very centre of Edinburgh, with the castle and Princes Street just 15 minutes walk away. From the nearby bus stop buses depart every 10 minutes or so to all major sights of the town, the university and the international conference centre. This apartment is very close to the Botanical Gardens, Water of Leith Walkway, Inverleith park, Fettes College and the Western General Hospital.

The famous Royal Botanical Gardens is a short and pleasant walk away.

Accommodation

	No 3 Haugh Street (EH4 1LW) - Close to all the major tourist attractions. All the shops, restaurants and bars you will need are just round the corner.
	Sitting Room - Bright south facing room. Digital TV, including CD, DVD and radio are provided. WI FI broadband is available free of charge. The sofa bed converts into a double bed.
	Double Bedroom - King size bed, which can also be made up as twin single beds. Large storage cupboard. Bed linen and towels and hairdryer are provided.
	Bathroom - Newly refurbished, fully tiled bathroom with tub and separate shower. Towels are provided.
	Kitchen - Fully equipped with fridge, cooker, washing machine and ironing facilities. The basic necessities (for example tea, coffee, milk, salt, pepper) are provided to get you started.

Prices are per apartment for 2 persons occupancy, extra persons £5 per night. Deposit £100 per week at time of booking, non returnable. Remainder is payable on entry. We accept cash (Sterling and Euro), Debit/Creditcard, Cheques on UK banks, Bank Transfers. Bedlinen, Towels, WIFI, Electricity are included. Parking garage may be available free of charge if requested at time of booking. We will meet you at the apartment to show you in at an agreed time. Unless otherwise arranged the apartment is available from 1 pm onwards and check out is at 10 am.
