It is located in a little cul de sac just off the main shopping street There is a roof terrace for spending some relaxing time in the sun or an impromptu BBQ. Erica’s apartment is a mere 100 metres away.
Stockbridge is a vibrant part of Edinburgh’s city centre. This area has a lively village atmosphere and a choice of pubs, good food shops and restaurants. It lies on the edge of the famous New Town (built in the early 1800’s) and the very centre of Edinburgh, with the castle and Princes Street just 15 minutes walk away. From the nearby bus stop buses depart every 10 minutes or so to all major sights of the town.
The famous Royal Botanical Gardens is a short and pleasant walk away.

- A setting-up charge of £30 will be charged per booking
- Extra persons £5 per night, £10 in July and August
- Minimum stay 3 nights, except July and August minimum 5 nights

- We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with remainder payable on entry. Deposits are not returnable

- Telephone calls will be charged at cost. Wi-FI is free up to subscription level. All other costs are included. Towels and bed linen are provided
- We have one allocated space in the secure parking garage, just across the carpark. This space is available free of charge, on a first come first served basis. There are additional spaces available in the carpark

Entry Arrangements

We will meet you at the apartment to show you in at an agreed time. Unless otherwise arranged the apartment is available from 1 pm onwards, and check out is at 10 am.
